Frequently Asked Questions

One must be an undergraduate student that has been at Ripon College for at least one full semester. In the spring at the end of the first week back anyone who fits these requirements may "drop" a bid stating where they wish to pledge. At this time it is the Fraternity's choice whether or not to accept your bid. During the fall semster Theta Chi hands out bids to persons they are interested in and then pledges those who return the signed bid form.

In order for a RIpon College student to be eligable for pledging he must have attemded the school for at least a whole semester. Spring pledging starts the first weekend after returning from winter break. Fall pledging starts close to the begining of that semster, but varies slightly each year.
